Hi! I’m Aaron. I enjoy reading, soccer, and playing skribbl.io online with friends. I am currently a member of the Public Forum Debate team and the soccer team, but I also dedicate lots of time to helping the community outside of school through organizations such as YLPHM (Youth Leaders for Public Health & Medicine). I have no doubt that Cynthia and Elio are the best-suited candidates for Junior Caucus. Not only will they provide our school with fresh ideas, but they will have the dedication and the experience to implement them. I know that Cynthia and Elio will stop at nothing to see all of their events and policy changes come to fruition. Time and time again, they have proven that they are proficient leaders and hard-workers, something which I can personally vouch for. I implore all who are reading this now, Vote Tan-Torres for Junior Caucus.

Hi, I’m Katherine! I’m a member of Stuyvesant’s Key Club and I participate in the numerous Stuy dance showcases. Outside of school, I frequently swim and binge watch TV shows: the newest one being Criminal Minds. Though there is plenty of competition this year for president and vice-president, I strongly believe that Cynthia and Elio are undoubtedly the best candidates for these positions. They have significant experience and are knowledgeable in ways that can substantially help our student body. When they spoke to me about their campaign, I knew that they were acting on the best interests of Stuy students. I’m excited to see the change that they will bring upon the Stuyvesant community with their amazing ideas for the up and coming school year. Not only do they have impressive plans but they are also driven to stand for our opinions/interests. It’s clear that they care for the student body and will assist us to the best of their abilities. Vote Tan-Torres if you want to have the best upcoming school year!!

Hi, I’m Dexter. I do a number of things, and among them are baseball, writing for The Spectator, and—because I am a very good influence—being a Big Sib. I have full faith that Cynthia and Elio will be effective leaders if elected to Junior Caucus, and I’m enthusiastic to cast a vote for them. They’ve proven themselves to be in-touch with the needs of our grade, and have repeatedly gone above and beyond to make our collective experience at Stuyvesant supremely enjoyable. Through wonderfully successful events and other opportunities, their direction of the Sophomore Caucus has proved them to be more than fit. But that, of course, is not all. I can confidently state that the Tan-Torres campaign is brimming with unique and impressive ideas that Cynthia and Elio would love to bring to life, in order to make what might otherwise be an unbearably dreary and overwhelming year manageable and stimulating. They have the past experience, and now—with their eyes on the future—they’re ready to continue their streak of exceptional leadership.

Hi, I’m Christopher! I play baseball on the Stuyvesant Peglegs and I’m also a youth ambassador for the nonprofit Apex for Youth. I also really like watching animation YouTube videos, doing karate with my family, and (new from the quarantine!) playing guitar. I have full confidence that Cynthia and Elio are the best candidates for the president and vice-president of the Junior Caucus. Not only are they extremely driven, compassionate, and experienced candidates and members of the Stuyvesant community, but, as a member of last year's Sophomore Caucus, I have seen their leadership qualities and their ability to get things done first-hand. One of the struggles that caucus leaders often face is that there is a big difference in being able to create a flashy platform and actually being able to execute and fulfill their promises. Cynthia and Elio are the exception. They were able to effectively and efficiently lead the caucus by prioritizing communication between caucus members and the wellbeing of the student body. They have the best interests of the entire Stuyvesant community at heart, and I know they will make great strides on behalf of our class when they become president and vice-president. Vote Tan-Torres!

Hi! I’m Jenna, a rising junior with a passion for neuroscience, psychology, and among other things, art. I’m an active member of the Stuyvesant Theater Community (STC) where I have been lucky enough to meet several wonderful people. After being a part of SophFrosh SING! 2019’s Art Crew, I moved on to cast-direct in 2020. Outside of Stuyvesant, I’ve been an art and acting/improv tutor with Come For The Fun. Beyond school, I’m pretty active on my art Instagram, and I enjoy reading Vogue articles and watching The Graham Norton Show. I have complete faith in the Tan-Torres ticket because they have proven themselves as reliable, effective, and caring leaders. Their experience during the Sophomore Caucus indicated that every action they took was in the best interest of the students who rightfully elected them. Cynthia and Elio have both displayed their efficacy as leaders as they bridged the gap between our leadership and the student body. Their passion and experience are what causes me to wholeheartedly stand by their campaign, and I know that voting for the Tan-Torres ticket is a wise choice to make!
